  • Yes. Insurance is accepted through Grow Therapy. If you plan to use insurance, you can book directly through that platform.

  • Walk and talk sessions take place outdoors. Some people find it easier to open up when they’re moving instead of sitting face to face. It’s still therapy, just in a different setting.

  • Sessions take place in a private, comfortable space in my home. It’s designed to feel more relaxed than a traditional office while still being intentional and focused.

  • Yes. I offer a limited number of reduced rate spots at $60 per session. These are capped and may not always be available.

  • Your first session will be 60 minutes and all follow up sessions will be 45-50 minutes.

  • You don’t have to figure that out on your own. If you’re unsure, reach out and we can decide what makes the most sense based on what you’re looking for.

  • A lot of the work I do focuses on relationships, communication, boundaries, and patterns that keep showing up in your life. That can be with a partner, family, or within yourself.

  • Yes. Couples sessions focus on communication, patterns, and understanding what’s actually happening in the relationship so you can move forward in a healthier way.
