I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy works best when it feels real. I don’t take a one size fits all approach. My work is grounded in honest conversations, understanding patterns, and helping you figure out what actually works for you, not just what you’ve been told should.
My Approach
I focus a lot on relationships, communication, and the patterns that keep showing up in your life. That includes how you relate to others, how you show up in conversations, and what’s getting in the way of the kind of connection you actually want.
I’ll meet you where you are, but I’ll also challenge you when needed. Therapy with me is not about just talking in circles. It’s about gaining clarity, being honest, and making changes that actually stick.
Because of that, I offer sessions in different ways. We can sit in a comfortable space, go for a walk, or meet virtually. The setting is flexible, but the work is always intentional.
